Ethan Kasparian Weisman
Ethan Kasparian Weisman was born in 2005 and started his musical journey at the age of 4, studying classical piano with Armine Karapetian Donato, who he still studies with today. Since then, he’s branched out into different genres, such as jazz, and different instruments as well, including saxophone, clarinet, flute, and many others. He currently attends The Rivers School as a sophomore, where he studied jazz saxophone with Bill Jones and classical piano with Angel Rivera. At Rivers, he plays jazz in the school’s competition-winning Select Combo I and Honors Big Band under the direction of Philippe Crettien, as the lead alto saxophonist, clarinetist, and flutist. Additionally, he studies classically on clarinet with Jonathan Cohler and alto saxophone with Ken Radnofsky at the New England Conservatory Preparatory School, where he also plays chamber music in a saxophone quartet and clarinet trio. Aside from his passion for playing musical instruments, Ethan loves to sing and enjoys musical theatre, having been in community theatre productions since sixth grade.
